Raised in Dayton by a DJ father, producing songs by 11. U.S. Navy Aviation Ordnanceman (AO3) aboard the USS Iwo Jima (LHD-7) from 2013 to 2018, making beats between duties. As PaperChaseWebb he has racked up millions of streams as a producer.
Since 2018 he has run PaperChaseWebb Inc. in Honolulu, now an SBA-certified SDVOSB. He embeds with operators, finds where the hours go, and ships AI systems they own. He also works in generative AI: LLM evaluation, prompt engineering, and training models to be safer and more human-like.
